Wall Mounted Traverse

An existing wall, such as the outside of a building, can be transformed into a climbing wall. This can add a splash of colour to a school playground area and provide a great activity during break times, whilst being in sight for supervision.

Wall styles

Direct to Brick

We can attach climbing holds directly to brick or blockwork. This is often the simplest and more durable wall style. We usually bond the socket into the wall with resin which is completely permanent, though we also offer a budget version using expansion sockets which require occasional maintenance.

Natural Timber

Using solid timber we have created a surface style with a rustic, natural appearance. The precision machined slats are pressure treated for a long lifespan, and provide an attractive base for the colourful climbing holds.

Smooth with artwork

We can create colourful artwork on the wall that will make a big impression! Usually we base the designs on pictures and drawings from the school pupils or organisation members, giving them a true sense of ownership. The design is painted onto top quality marine plywood to withstand the elements for a long time to come.
